Record is put up today on a advance petition file by the Op.The Op deposited a change no 366887 dt 20.3.09 for Rs 100000 core.Sri favor   of the complainant Arjun charan sethy towards  full and final Satisfactory of the claim.The complainant also filed a memo to receive the said amount towards full & final satisfaction of the claim & also mentioned to dismiss the case as heard & he complainant does not want to proceed with the case.

Perused the memo filed by both the parties.The cheque deposited is issued to the complainant on prepare identification the case is dismissed & withdrawal.
