Today is fixed for admission hearing of this case.  Complainant is himself present by filing hazira. Heard the complainant.  In order to considered the matter of admission we have gone through the petition of complaint as well as the documents filed in photocopies.  It appears that in a similar case under the same facts and circumstances being Consumer Case No. 30 of 2019 on 17.06.2019 this Forum on due consideration of the said case rejected the prayer for admission and now on the same matter stating same facts the complainant against the same OP has filed this instant case which has been moved and heard today.  However, we have gone through the petition of complaint and the same documents as were filed earlier by the complainant in the previous referred case. It is found on scrutiny that no specific cause of action has been cited in the petition of complaint against the OP.  Moreover, it is considered that this case is bad for nonjoinder of necessary party as the seller or vendor of the goods which is Sony LED TV has not been impleaded as a party.  Since the rejection of Case No. 30 of 2019 as noted above no subsequent development is seen in this present case.  Accordingly on due consideration this instant case is not admitted.
