The C.C. case record is put up today for order in regard to the petition filed by the complainant on 09.2.2009 as on 9.2.2009 the order could not be passed as be cause there, gunning was not constituted on 09.2.2009 the complainant had submitted on petition sitting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case as the reason has stated in the petition.
 keeping in view of the above situation and considering the  petition filed by the complainant we think it proper and fit to dismiss the instant case for compromise.
 Accordingly, it is,
 ORDERED
 That the CC case No, 50/s/2008 be and the same is hereby disposed of as compromise between the parties. There is no any order as to cost against the parties.
