                    Both the parties are found absent on repeated call and no steps filed today. On perusal of the case record it is found that both the parties have arrived at a compromise and O.P.Bank has paid Rs.24,250/- only vide Demand Draft No. 952103 dated 12.05.2023 of State Bank of India, Lanjipalli, Berhampur to this complainant subject to acceptance of the compromise but both the parties have not submitted the final outcome of the said compromise before this Commission. Further the complainant has not attending the commission consistently since 13.05.2023 and subsequently she filed a letter dated nil through registered post that, she has disengaged the advocate in her case which was received at this end on 23.05.2023.

Both parties are directed to remain present in person with valid and proper identification card, but all in vain. The complainant probably does not want to proceed further in the case.  

            Hence the case is dismissed for non prosecution. 

             This case is disposed of accordingly.

              A certified copy of this Judgment be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or they may download same from the www.confonet.nic.in to treat the same as if copy of the order received from this Commission.
