The complainant also claimed an amount of Rs.20,000/- towards compensation for deficiency of service and mental agony. But the complainant did not product any documentary evidence to that effect. So,after considering the case facts into consideration we are of the view that the complainant is entitiled Rs.3000/- towards compensation for deficiency of service and mental agony and complainant is also claimed costs of the complaint. In our view the complainant is entitled Rs.1000/- towards costs of this complaint. So,we answer this point accordingly.
