When once loan is fully repaid the documents shall be returned to the person . Who deposited the same in to Bank. Bank asking the complainant  to bring his father and brother along with him for receiving the documents is not proper. Documents have to be returned only to the complainant. There fore opposite party can be directed , to return the documents which the complainant deposited, to the complainant himself. Repayment of loan amount also admitted by the opposite party.
