The Complaint is partly allowed and the OP are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,15,061/- to the complainant with 9% interest per annum from 01/12/2007 till its realization. So also the OP isdirected to pay the cost of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant specially because the OP has unnecessarily dragged the complainant before this Forum and has denied his just claim for last 5 years
