1. Parties to the dispute settled the matter out of court and filed a joint application during the Settlement conducted by this Commission on 30/12/2022.
2. The amount for which settlement is arrived at is Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Only) payable by the Opposite Parties to the Complainants.
3. Opposite party Insurance Company shall divide this amount equally among the complainants and disburse the amounts to the complainants by way of cheque/DD drawn favouring the complainants.
4. The joint statement dated 30/12/2022 shall form part of this Order.                         Pronounced in open court on this the 6^th   day of  January, 2023.
