In spite of granting sufficient time, complainant is not evincing any interest in proceed with the matter. Further the complainant is also once again called absent. There is no representation even. There is no use to keep the record in pending , after giving five final hearing chances.

This it self shows that the complainant is not interested in the matter. Hence,the complaint is dismissed U/S 13(2) (C) of C.P.Act. NO costs.
