ORDER

Sri. E.M.MUHAMMED IBRAHIM , B.A, LLM,President

          Complainant present in person.  Opposite party represented by Adv.Muhammed Nahas who  filed vakkalath and a petition as I.A.154/20 U/s 13 3(b) seeking to set aside exparte order.  Complainant endorsed that he has no objection in setting aside the exparte order as the matter is amicably settled. Hence I.A 154/20 allowed and exparte order set aside. A joint compromise petition signed by the complainant and opposite party and his advocate filed.  In view of the reasons stated in the compromise petition the same is recorded. 

In the result complainant stands dismissed being settled.  The compromise petition will form part of the order.  The opposite party’s counsel release the NOC and connected paper to the complainant forth with.

 File closed.
