         Complainant present. No representation for opposite parties. Complaint  admitted he got statement of account With respect to prayer B, the complainant wanted the Court to issue a direction to Bank to permit him to settle the loan in One Time Settlement with a lesser amount, we informed him that in banking procedure and calculations we are not authorized to interfere, he informed that he is not interested to carry on with the complaint. Hence we asked him to endorse the matter on the complaint. He endorsed with the assistance of a counsel presence in the Court.  Hence complaint is disposed off as withdrawn.
