Complainant appeared directly. Counsel also appeared. Opposite party absent. Complainant submitted that they are ready to pay the dues to the opposite party. Opposite party appeared through counsel. The opposite party was ready for a settlement at the last posting date. They were ready to settle the matter if the complainant pays the due amount. Hence the complainant is directed to approach the opposite party and pay the due amount within one month. The further proceedings against the complainant may kept in abeyance till that. Hence the petition dismissed.
