Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:

 Costs deposited.  Version of opposite party not filed.  Complainant present and filed memo of full satisfaction and it reads as follows : 

“complainant and opposite parties had adjusted out side of the Court and as per the agreement of the complainant received an amount of Rs.25,517/- (Twenty five thousand, five hundred and seventeen only) by way of bankers cheque No.212031 dated 15-10-2012 drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad, Nehru Nagar Branch, Guntur in favour of the complainant towards full and final settlement”

In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  Full satisfaction is recorded.
