counsel for  op filed memo stating that  he has paid an amount of Rs 8,17,941.40 through  cheqe  bearing no 923244 drawn on  axis bank branch  gurgon  branch and  the same  is hand dover to advocate  for  complainant and  requested to dismissed the  complainant as a settled out  of  forum. memo recorded  counsel for  complainant endorsed on the  memo received cheque . in view of the above memo the complainant is dismissed as settled  out of forum.
