ORDER

The respondent No.1 LIC shall pay to the complainant Smt. P.M. Savithri insurance amount of Rs.19,062/- with interest at the rate of 15% per annum from 10-12-1997 with bonus till the payment with costs of Rs.1,000/-. The above order shall be paid to the complainant by the respondent no.1 within 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M. Shambulingappa, President. sd/- Pushpa Nagaraj, Member.
