Dt. 19/11/2012. Case posted to-day for filing of version by O.P. Learned counsel for the Complainant is present. OP filed his version, the copy of which is received by the Complainant.

Learned counsel for the Complainant has filed a memo to-day, stating therein that, the Complainant has already received the claim amount in the said case and has no further claim on the Opposite Party i.e The Branch Manager, United Commercial Bank, Bargarh Branch, Bargarh, as such he prayed before this forum for passing of necessary orders.

Heard the petitioner and OP perused the memo. We feel that, the Complainant does not want to proceed further with this case, since his grievance has already been settled amicably out side the court.

In view of the prayer of the Complainant, we allow the memo Dt.19/11/2012 for disposal of this case.

Accordingly, the case is disposed off being withdrawn.
