The DHr is found absent on call. The record shows that the DHr had not been taking steps for long period. Record further shows that warrant of arrest was issued against the JDr/OP,  The Branch Manager, SLF Group but the warrant has not been executed as the warrantee is not found at the address mentioned in the petition.

     From the materials on record, it is also found that the address of JDr/OP,  The Branch Manager, SLF Group is insufficient. It is a case of the year 2013.

     Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the instant execution case can not be proceeded with, without the help of the DHr, Shri Nikhil Chandra Mondal and as such the instant execution case bearing No. EA/07/2013 is filed for the present.
