The leaned counsel for the opposite party argued that when the scheme it self prescribed three norms and specifically mentioned the persons are alone entitled for the benefit against the fulfillment of the same  , the opposite party bank is not having any right to violate the prescribed scheme of 2008. As the complainant’s account not became as an overdue account,the opposite party bank not closed the same and not returned the pledged ornaments and the same is not a deficiency of service, and prayed the forum to dismiss the complaint.
