ORDER

Dt. 15/01/2014.

Case posted for further order/disposal.

Parties present.

OP has filed certain documents to probe their contention about payment of the insurance benefits to the Complainant. Documents filed includes (1) A request letter singed by the Complainant to transfer insurance funds/payments to her to her Bank account specified in the said form (2) Sheets of letters intimating the Complainant to check her account. But as the Complainant's counsel submitted their ignorance of any such thing that the Complainant has written a letter to the President, DCDRF, Bargarh about receiving of the amount and disposed the same, also expressed that no instruction is coming from the Complainant.

Ever though the OP has submitted available (at this end) documents to show that payment has been made to the Complainant already without the direct procedure of the Complainant or any documentary proof like updated Bank Pass Book of the said account to ascertain the payment finally has been made.

This case also has been listed in Lok Adalat and Complainant is noticed to appear personally before the Forum to ascertain/confirm the payment but notice got returned on a mark as the address being incomplete, so even if the Complainant's counsel requested to send another notice for appearance forum finds it unnecessary being the earlier remark in the notice.

Hence under the circumstances forum feels that the problem of the Complainant is resolved and she has not further interest in the matter and complaint.

This compliant stands disposed off.

Copy of this order may be provided to Parties.
