Case posted to-day for personal appearance of the Complainant to submit his stand before the Forum and further order.

Parties present through their respective counsels.

Complainant personally present before the Forum along with his advocate and orally submitted before the Forum that Rs.46,460/-(Rupees forty six thousand four hundred sixty)only has been credited to his new loan account by the OP No.1(one) and he has no claim any out standing against the OP No.1(one) and prayed the Forum to with draw/disposed off the Complaint.

Hence the above referred complaint case is disposed of accordingly by the Order of the Forum.
