ORDER

Presented by Sri G.S.Pradhan, President:- Case is posted to-day for filing of version by the OP. Parties present personally and filed a joint petition stating that, the Parties have compromised amicably outside the court as per the term of compromise and hence they do not want to proceed with the case further more. The petition Dt. 21/08/2009 forms a part of the this Order. However, the OP is directed to return al the documents to the Complainant with in 30 days from the date of this Order. In view of the compromise petition the case is dropped. Complaint dispossed of.
