The case record is taken up today on the strength of advance petition filed by the complainant along with a petition to withdraw his case as the matter has already been settled between the parties served on the other side and ops have no objection if the case is dropped.However as the disputed compromised between the contesting parties and the complainant do not want proceed further with this case.the case is dropped accordingly.The parties along with letter dt 13.2.13 be kept in record .
