ORDER   O R D E R   Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-             Complainant present and endorsed on the petition “The matter is settled out of Forum, hence the complaint may be dismissed as FS”.                     In addition to it the complainant filed FS memo and it reads as follows:             “I, Mudraboina Venkata Ratnam, w/o Late Subba Rao, Chebrole village & Mandal, Guntur district, complainant in the above complaint, received a sum of Rs.4,48,024/- (Rupees four lakhs forty eight thousand and twenty four only) towards principle amount along with maturity value from the opposite party by way of account payee cheques (11) bearing Nos.158682 to 158692 dated 12-2013 drawn on IDBI Bank, Vijayawada Branch in favour of the complainant as full satisfaction of the claim amount.   Hence, I pray that the Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to receive and record the FS Memo and pass necessary orders in the interest of justice”.                 In view of the said endorsement and FS memo the complaint is dismissed as settled and FS is recorded.                 This the 7th day of January, 2014.           MEMBER                                MEMBER                          PRESIDENT
