Today is fixed for filing of show cause from the side of the complainant the OP Nos. 2 & 3 the New India Assurance Company Ltd. filed Ld. advocate’s hazira. Ld. advocate is also present.  On the other hand no steps has been taken from the side of the complainant.  The case record is taken up.  On repeated calls none is present from the side of the complainant.  It is now 2.15 pm.  It appears from the case record that complainant has been remaining absent since long on many dates before this date.  Heard the Ld. advocated for the OP Nos. 2 & 3 who submits for dismissal of this case.  Perused the case record.  On due consideration while on this date also complainant side has not submitted show cause petition then it appears to us without any doubt that complainant is not willing to proceed with this case further and accordingly it is ordered that the instant case is dismissed for default and thus dropped.
