Complaint is advanced to today.  Both the Counsels files joint Memo which reads thus:

That the matter is settled out of Court and the respondent is ready to repay the deposit amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs) to the Complainant after withdrawn the Complaint, hence this Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to dismiss the Complaint as not pressed, lien cleared by SBI Kolar.

In view of the above, we pass the following order:

ORDER

Complaint is disposed off in terms of the joint Memo. 

Return extra sets to the parties concerned.
