The complaint was filed alleging deficiency in service on the part of opposite  party in not honouring the hospitalization claims submitted by the complainant.

Even though the matter went through the entire proceedings upto adducing evidence the counsel for the complainant submitted that she was having no instructions from the complainant and endorsed the same on 2/2/2022. Hence, notice was issued to complainant by way of registered post acknowledgment due. The same was received by the complainant on 18/2/2022.

Even after receiving notice the complainant failed to enter appearance today. Hence, we presume that the complainant is not interested in persecuting this complaint. The complaint, therefore,  stands dismissed.

            Pronounced in the open court on this the 26^th day of April, 2022.
