  1. The complaint is allowed in part.
  2. The O.Ps. is directed to pay to the complainant  jointly & severally Rs.30,000/-  and interest at 8% p.a. from 20/12/2008 till payment of entire amount.
  3. The complainant should return the Tractor ANGAR after receiving entire amount from the O.P.
  4. The O.Ps. are also directed to hand over all loan documents to the complaint.
  5. The O.P. is also directed to pay Rs.500-00  towards  cost of the proceeding.
  6. The O.P. is also directed to pay Rs.5,000-00 towards Consumer Welfare Fund.
