order dated 18/07/2000 The complainant is entitled to surrender value with bonus. Life Insurance Corporation shall be entitled to apply the surrender value allowable in respect of the policy no.614744222 in terms of their regulations and conditions after adjusting the loan amount of Rs.12,050/- with interest due on that and the balance of such amount to be accounted for to the complainant.
