Taken up at 04-30PM.  Complainant called.  Absent.  No representation on behalf of the complainant.  Opposite parties filed affidavit on 08-01-13.  The matter is coming for filing affidavit of complainant & opposite parties from 02-01-13.  The complainant failed to utilize the opportunity give by this Forum on different dates to file his affidavit.  At the request of complainant’s counsel the matter was posted to the date from 28-01-13 though the matter was posted under the caption “DISMISSAL’’.   It therefore appears to us that the complainant has no interest to prosecute this complaint.  Hence dismissed for non prosecution.
