With the above discussions and on the strength of the documents available on record it is an admitted fact that the complainant obtained a gold loan against the pledge of her gold ornaments and the said gold loan due amount has been paid by the complainant and another loan also still existing belongs to the complainant which is having the nature of un paid. There is no dispute with regard to these facts.
