Per Sri A.Hazarath Rao, President:-

Costs of Rs.100/- to C.W.F. not deposited.  Version of opposite party not filed.  Counsel for the complainant filed Full Satisfaction memo and it reads as follows : 

        “ It is submitted that the parties to the above complaint have compromised the matter and in this connection, the opposite party in the above complaint paid an amount of Rs.88,471/- by way of cheque No.472607 dt.16-01-13 drawn in favour of the complainant and also paid an amount of Rs./10,000/- by way of cash to the complainant, totaling to Rs.98,471/- out of Court.  As such the above mater has been adjusted out of Court.  Therefore the complainant prays that the Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to record full satisfaction and the complaint may be dismissed without costs and pass all necessary orders in the interest of justice”. 

        In view of the said memo, the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.
