ORDER

Perused the record and version of the opposite parties the O.P. No-2 Agricultural Insurance Company has paid the total collected dues of  the different farmer of the locality and the O.P. No-1 the Branch Manager Utkal Gramya Bank , Nilji, Ps.Sinapali , Dist.Nuapada has received Rs.700/-(Rupees Seven Hundred)only towards  Agricultural crop Insurance premium on dated 30.07.2011 for the kharif season 2011.

     The O.P. No-1 is liable for payment of compensation for the crop insurance in the kharif season 2011 as RS.700/-(Rupees Seven Hundred)only premium deposited in the branch for crop insurance and the OP No-1 has to pay the compensation as per declaration by the state Govt. for Nilji, Gram Panchayat unit, within two month from the date of received the order, failing which the OP No-1 has to pay 12% interest from the date of receiving order of the Forum. Further OP No.1  the branch manager Utkal Gramya Bank Nilji Branch has to pay Rs2000/-(Rupees Two Thousand )only towards cost of litigation to the complainant within two months.
