SMT. BANDANA ROY, PRESIDENT
This is a complaint made by one Bikash Kumar Hazra against the Branch Manager and Director of Alchemist Township India Limited, praying for a direction upon the OPs to return the amount of Rs. 150000/- along with interest till realization, and litigation cost as the Forum may deem fit.
In short, case of the Complainant, is that, he invested Rs. 150000/- at a time to the OP no. 2 through OP no.1 for a period of 3 years. The date of maturity was on 08.12.2014. The complainant demanded the maturity value by depositing all the relevant documents and the OP issued a cheque no. 000938 dtd. 08.06.2015 for Rs.150000/- which complainant deposited but the same was dishonoured due to insufficient fund. Under the circumstances the complainant has filed this case for the reliefs as prayed for in the petition of complaint.
