Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as amended upto date.

                   Shri V.K.Kapoor, counsel for OP.

         

                   Today the case was fixed for compromise, if any, and for filing written version as well as for filing power of attorney on behalf of OP.

                   Power of attorney on behalf of OP filed.

                   Learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP and OP has handed over a ḍemand draft bearing No.071332 dated 28.07.2021, amounting to ₹1,65,200/- being full and final settlement and nothing is due towards the OP. He will handover the aforesaid demand draft to the complainant. He withdraws the present complaint.

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
