The Complainant along with his A/R being present filed a memo stating that, the dispute in this case has been settled between the Parties amicably out of court and hence the complainant does not want to proceed further with this case against the Ops. The Op No-2 filed counter in this case today.

                In view of above amicable settlement of dispute between the Parties, we close this case as not pressed. Issue free copy to the parties concerned.
