Advocate for complainant present and filed a memo by stating that the subject matter of the complaint is settled out of the count and opposite deposited the amount of Rs. 84,000/-( Forthy thousand only). The learned advocate for opposite also presented and filed a memo along with cheque of Rs. 84,000/- (eight four thousand only) in view of the settlement between the parties. Sheristedar is directed to deposit the cheque amount to the forum account. In view of the circusmtances stated above, and in view of the submissions made by both parties. This complaint is dismissed as settled out of the court.
