Complainant is present by petition praying for adjournment on the ground stated therein.

Step is taken on behalf of O.P. through advocate.

The case is fixed for argument.

On the previous occasion the complainant also prayed for time though the O.P. was ready for argument. Today adjournment petition is filed without moving the same.

Adjournment is restricted in Consumer cases.

Prayer for adjournment is rejected.

In absence of the complainant and his lawyer the Commission is not inclined to dispose of the case on merit. Consecutive adjournment by the complainant shows that he is not interested to proceed with the case for the reason known to him.

Hence it is ordered………

That the case is dismissed for non-prosecution but without cost.

Both parties be supplied copy of this order free of cost.
