Case is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the advocate for JDr and he also filed a memo along with a Demand Draft bearing No. 344113 dt. 28.08.2024 amounting of Rs. 4,23,100/- (Rupees four lakh twenty three thousand one hundred) only drawn in the name of MUSTAKIM KHAN, DHr towards final settlement of Decree passed on 26.02.2013 in arising out of C.C No. 108/2011. Decree Holder is present and files a memo through his conducting advocate stating that DHr is ready to receive the said D.D with full and final settlement with satisfaction as well as the execution case be dropped. Heard. Memo is allowed and the execution is hereby dropped accordingly.
