Complainant Subrata Sarkar by filing  this complaint prayed for redressal as per permission of the C.P. Act .

But fact remains that Sri. Sarkar is member of this Forum and for which admission matter can not be heard .

But the complaint should be transferred to some other Forum for disposal for the interest of Justice .

In the above situation we are referring the present case record to the Hon’ble State Commission to dispose of the matter as per provision of Section- 17A of C.P. Act.
