            The Complainant is absent without step .The case is taken up for Show Cause. None turn up on behalf of the complainant on repeated calls.

It appears from the record that on 17.08.2021 the complainant remained absent without steps .So the complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case will not be dismissed for non prosecution and today has been fixed for filing show cause. But the complainant neither appeared nor filed show cause as directed .From the conduct of the complainant it appears us that the complainant is not willing to processed further with the case .As such the case is liable to be dismissed for default.

           

        Hence, it is,

Ordered,

 

            that the Complaint Case No.CC/106/2020 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without cost.    

                        The case is thus disposed of.
