Complainant’s case in short is that she is having joint savings bank account No. 02430101035339 with the O.P. Bank and later on they deposited money under MIS scheme and also opened recurring account No. 02430110051610 on 09.02.2015 in which she has deposited the amount but up-to- date statement of account has not been provided by the Bank. Further case is that later on complainant obtained financial assistance of Rs. 73,000/- from the O.P. in the month of August 2015 against her deposited amount of recurring bank account. Further case is that those accounts were regularly being operated and till 20.09.2015 account balance of recurring account was Rs. 2,25,789/- but on same day said account has been transferred in her above mentioned savings bank account without any intimation to the complainant and later on she came to know that without her knowledge Rs. 74,082/- has been deducted from her savings bank account and on raising said issue it was informed that because of non payment of the prescribed installments related to the loan amount such adjustment had been made just after one month of the sanctioned of the loan. Further case is that after deduction of said amount Rs. 1,53,462/- remain as balance again F.D. was created of Rs. 1,22,000/- by the Bank on its own motion and thereafter, in the month of Feb. 2016 Rs. 1,03,000/- has been deducted without any justified reason and on enquiry it was replied that it has been adjusted against the loan amount which is completely false. Inspite of repeated requests no satisfactory reply has been given hence legal notice dt. 09.03.2016 has been served having no impact, hence this case has been filed with prayer to direct the O.P. to calculate and investigate the entire grievance of the complainant and to provide genuine amount to her and also to pay Rs. 20,000/- as compensation and Rs. 10,000/- as litigation cost.
