            The complainant along with his Ld. Advocate is present.

            The Ld. Advocate for the OPs is also present.

Heard both sides.

The Ld. Advocate for the complainant verbally submits that the dispute in question in between the parties has been settled down with full and final satisfaction of the complainant out of the Ld. Commission and prays for withdrawing the case .

The complainant- Kali Bibi  agrees with her  Ld. Advocate.

As the dispute was settled down out of the Ld. Commission with full and final satisfaction of the complainant, so we have no other alternative but to dispose of the case being withdrawn.

            Accordingly, it is

                                                         ORDERED

that the Consumer Complainant No. 74/2022 be and the same is disposed of being withdrawn.

            Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
