Final Order / Judgement

On the strength of a call for petition filed by the complainant record is put up today.

Complainant files a petition to withdraw the complaint in view of settlement of claim by the O.P.  He also files an affidavit with this regards and produced his ADHAR CARD bearing No. 5732  4005  6835  for his identification.  Advocate Sri G.Nath duly identified the petitioner.

Heard. As complainant is satisfied with O.P and does not want to proceed with the case, we have no hesitation to allow the petition filed by him.

Petition to withdraw the complaint is allowed.  Accordingly the case is dropped / withdrawn is view of settlement of claim by O.P & satisfaction of complainant.
