Fixed for “Exparte Hearing” Complainant is absent without any step.

      It is now 12:45 P.M on repeated Calls neither the Complainant nor any body for the Complainant is found present.

      Perused the materials on record. It appears that parties to this case are found absent without any step on previous dates.

      In view of the above facts and circumstance we have sufficient reason to believe that complainant has lost his interest to processed with this Case.

      So we have no alternative but to dismiss the Case.

      Hence it is,

      That the Consumer Complainant Case No/86/2016 be and same is here by “DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT”; but without Cost.
