    Complainant is present in person and filed some documents. Heard on the point of admission. Perused the complainant petition and the material available on record . The paddy crop of the complainant was insured under Prime  Minister  Crop Insurance Scheme for the year 2017-18. After receipt of Rs.9539/-  towards  insurance amount the complainant came to know that he was allowed as per the crops failure of Titilagarh Municipality, although his crops are under Tentelkhunti G.P. for which he was allowed a lesser amount as per declaration. As his representation before the Bank authority has not been considered the complainant has preferred this consumer complaint.

                         The crop insurance of the complainant is under the scheme of the government . According to the scheme it is the duty of the Bank to receive the application from in prescribed format and deduct  the premium amount from the account of the farmer and send the same to the insurance company as it is. In turn the insurance company after  verification and as per the crop failure declaration of the govt. Pay the insurance amount through Bank. Therefore the Bank has no authority to deal with the application form and in settlement of the insurance amount . In this  case the insurance company has not been added as party and the material available on record does not disclose a case against the O.P. Bank.

        Hence the case is dismissed as not admitted.
