The instant Execution Application has been filed by the D.hr. for realization of Rs.12,327/- including interest @ 10% since the date of maturity till the date of payment, compensation for Rs.5000/- and cost of Rs.3000/-.
The D.hr has received the entire sum from the Jdr. on 03.06.2016. The Jdr. has also paid the fine to be deposited in the Consumer Legal Aid Account on 23.06.2016.
We find that the D.hr has received his awarded amount in full and the Jdr has fully complied the order of this Forum. So, we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application.

Ordered
that the Execution Application No. EA/31/2015 be and the same is disposed of accordingly.
Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
