Final Order / Judgement

The complainant is found absent. The record reveals that the complainant remained absent on consecutive days in the past such as  21.01.2021, 10.05.2021 and 26.07.2021.

Even he has reframed from filing a petition showing cause about his previous absence, although there was direction to him to do so. On an overall consideration it seems to us that the complainant has lost his interest and it is not possible for us to proceed with this complaint on account of his pro-longed absence. There should be an end today.

Under the circumstances we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint for default. Considering the facts and circumstances there is no order as to cost.

Hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being No. RBT/CC/254/2020 is hereby dismissed for default.

Let a plaint copy be given of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
