ORDER

Order dt.30/09/2005 The complaint is allowed. The O.Ps are directed to make payment of the insured amount of Rs.2,00,000/- which was insured by the husband of the complainant and 9% interest from the date of repudiation till its final payment and Rs.500/- as damages and Rs.500/- towards the cost of this proceedings.
