ORDER

Complainant is allowed as under. 1.O.P. is directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,74,000/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 12% P.A from 5-3-04 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.1,000/- 2.Send the copies of this order to the o.p by R.P.A.D. and give the copy to the complainant.
