          This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for  directing the opposite party to pay Rs.50,000/- as damages for mental agony suffered by the complainant along with repayment of Rs.25,194/- which remaining auction money after adjustment towards debt, in total Rs.75,194/- to be awarded and for cost.

 

            2. Notice was served to the opposite party.  The opposite appeared through Counsel and filed reply version. Hence, the matter was posted for complainant's side evidence.

 

3. Today this case was called.  Complainant absent.  Opposite Party called absent.  No representation made.  No effort taken by the complainant to adduce evidence.  No interest shown to appear before this Forum.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
